TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our terms and conditions are simple:

Living Technologies is an internet based business that is hosted on a virtual private server and its address is https://livingtechnologies.co.za or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . It does not have offices. It is an automated billing system that will perform all instructions given to it automatically.

All services are automated including the provisioning of hosting accounts. domain registrations, email accounts, or website installation software. You are the person in control of the domain names and hosting accounts and your website software and its content that you register and installs. You are in control of it and it is your sole responsibility.

It is expected that when you acquire our service that you have full understanding of what you are doing even if one of our support personnel or trustees assist you in software development and installations. There are no excuse that you did not understand what you are doing when you start using Living Technologies. It is in fact what the name states, technologies. Living Technologies is not a public hosting service provider and you must be referenced from one of our existing clients before services will be rendered to you or you have to be known by the trustees, support personnel or its resellers. We may terminated newly acquired services in the event that we find you not a suitable client.

We have the right to end your services with us immediately in the case that you misconduct your account with us. We are under no obligation to notify you other than to remove your content, domains and hosting accounts within 5 working days after we will terminate your account with us. You have the right to transfer your services, domains and hosting accounts by following the procedures in your dashboard to end your services as per our knowledgebase. Be aware though when ending your services immediately without properly requesting your new host to backup and to transfer, the system will terminate your account with all of its data the moment you request it. We do not do backups, it is your responsibility not ours.

Do not misuse anything on my site for your personal use or for anybody else, or take something that does not belong to you. Be warned!! I supply no contracts. All services are postpaid and you need to have credit on your account in order to utilize this service. Do not complicate our agreement with legal jargon or stories. If you order a product or service make sure it is right.

Pay for what you want to use, upfront. Services will only be activate once you have paid for it and it if the funds are available or guaranteed by our credit vendors and our automated systems did pick up your payment.

I guarantee nothing, especially third party software nor delivery of any service. References to software developments, or clients or work that was done for clients that host with us or any training, has no relation to the work that is required by the instructing party. Take notice that we specialize in software development training and if we develop a site for you on special request, it is done at your instruction and just the work that was instructed will be delivered. Nothing less, nothing more. You need to make sure your instructions are what you intent to do and want to have. We  do not think for you.

We do not market your site when we assist you in favicons, logos, SEO, keywords, metatags, ror, error pages or xml files, neither when we claim your website ownership on Google, Bing and Alexa. It is merely a process that is completed as per training material. It assist in getting your website ranked and listed on the search engines. There is SEO specialist that do specialist work on SEO and you need to appoint them apart from the functions as it is not an automated process. If you need people to market your product on the internet, use marketers or marketing specialists for that.

In the event that certain software was provided to assist in filling a need, it does not give you any claiming right to such software. All software are provided by us for free. It is not yours, it will never be yours. You pay for the time to develop such software and to configure it to do what the instruction was. If you have licenses for certain third party software it is not giving you the right to ownership, but merely to the use of the software. You may use software provided at your own risk where it is provided. Licenses are not transferable from one domain to the other and the IP address it was previously used on before is recorded. If you change hosts you need to re-acquire new licenses for the software.

I do not refund anything, so make sure that your order or instruction is clear and that I understand your request. I will bill you for the requested service even if it was a mistake on your side. It is not my duty to provide you with advice or to correct you. For professional advice you need to attend our scheduled training sessions and pay for it. Information are not free from us. Our support are not free.

I work at an hourly rate of R900 and I do not charge extra on third party software installation other than a 5% transaction fee for credit card use or expenses that are incurred by me, and I do not have to proof that to you.

Do not transfer a domain where you are not listed as the registrant, it is plainly not yours. It is the property of the person who registered it first and who owns it. If you rent a building it does not automatically become yours while you rent it, no matter how long you rent it. You may rent it at an agreed price from the owners. No information of domain owners will be supplied by us in any case. We are registered, accredited domain registrars.

If you have instructions, problems or issues, submit a support ticket. Do not call us or schedule time wasting meetings or try to sort out your account. It is all in the dashboard that you control once you login and you are the owner of your own services.

OUR SYSTEMS ARE AUTOMATED AND REACTS ON YOUR INSTRUCTIONS! and if you make use of a reseller that assist you, it is a matter between you and that reseller.

And most of all, be honest in your dealings with us and comply with the instructions of our Christian Bible. No porn, or any content that are offensive are allowed through my servers. If I became aware of such practice, your services will be terminated without any notification. Do not test this system. It is smart and intellectual and have scanners that works 24/7 a day.

You will be responsible for the cost of time spend or spent on any legal matter at the highest hourly rate + the cost of expenses of our attorneys at client/attorney fees and that includes any arbitration, meeting to resolve issues or any time that must be spent by any of the employees, trustees or owners of Living Technologies, a public division of Marlinett Cristal Heritage Trust, Windhoek.

If any legal documents need to be delivered it can be delivered to the trustees of the Marlinett Cristal Heritage Trust attorneys in Schoeman Street, Eugene Kruger Attorneys incorporated.

Living Technologies is a accredited domain registrar as per https://www.registry.net.za/accredited_registrars.php

Living Technologies provides hosting services on virtual and cloud servers located in South Africa together with all provided ISP and HSP services.

Living Technologies provides web development training for Joomla, Nooku, ImpiCMS, ImpiCart, virtuemart, Yootheme and more than 250 software scripts as provided within the cPanel that is provided with the hosting account. We also provides training on software coding from beginners to expert levels at it relevant cost per day for HTML, CSS, AJAX, JSON, PHP, MYSQL, JQuery, Javascript and a few other technologies excluding Windows based languages like ASP and SQL.

Living Technologies provides live streaming services for spokespersons, video and audio.

Living Technologies provides programming via its extended software developer networks.

Living Technologies is a registered API software developer for Google, Facebook, Twitter, WHMCS, and many other technologies. This is not a reference for users to use our services other than a notification of where some of our expertise are. We also do not use other web developments as references or work that was completed due to the fact that each software development request has its own criteria even that we do have from most of clients permission to use their work as reference.

We do not provide contracts of any kind. Happy customers stays, unhappy or uneducated customers leave.
